Ltd. was established in 1993 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of IAC in Nanjing, with a registered capital of US$58 million and over 10,000 employees. The company has long been committed to the development and production of wireless intelligent communication products, with a wide range of business. With the continuous strengthening and integration of the company's development, business and production systems, Nanjing has grown rapidly and become an important core of the Group. In 2007, we opened a new factory in Jiangning, covering an area of 120,000 square metres, with a beautiful environment, complete functions and comfortable facilities. There are also more than 10 shuttle bus routes for the staff, which can reach the company directly from the east, west, south and north of Nanjing.
Ltd. was established in Nanjing in October 2019 as an associated company of IHDA (Nanjing) Technology Co. The patented iDEP (Intelligent Dual Electrical Power) technology integrates an energy management system for electric vehicles using two types of batteries. Products offered include iDEP, motor controller, energy management system, and integration of the three electrical systems. The iDEP is already shipping in volume for electric motorcycle/logistics vehicle applications. Currently developing automotive grade products in collaboration with power exchange manufacturers. We have R&D centres on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, including two in Taipei and Nanjing.
